2. Platform Role

Exodus Expeditions acts as an intermediary/aggregator facilitating bookings for:

  • Tours and expeditions
  • Hotels and accommodations
  • Transportation services

We do not own or directly control third-party services unless explicitly stated.

3. User Account & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining login confidentiality
  • Accuracy of booking details

You may be required to create an account
Any activity under your account is your responsibility

4. Booking Process

Booking confirmation is subject to:

  • Availability of the selected service
  • Successful payment processing

A booking is not confirmed until:

  • You receive a confirmation email
  • Payment is successfully processed

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change until booking is confirmed
  • Payment methods may include:
    • Credit / Debit cards
    • UPI / Net banking
    • Third-party payment gateways

We are not liable for payment gateway failures or third-party processing issues.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellation rules depend on:

  • Tour package
  • Airline/hotel policies

Some bookings may be:

  • Non-refundable
  • Partially refundable

Refund timelines:

  • Typically 5–15 working days (depends on provider)

Service/processing fees may be non-refundable

7. Travel Documents & Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Passport validity
  • Visa approvals
  • Health and vaccination requirements
  • Travel insurance

We are not liable for:

  • Denied boarding due to documentation issues
  • Visa rejection

8. Changes & Disruptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions

We will assist but do not guarantee outcomes

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use fake identities
  • Make fraudulent bookings
  • Misuse promotional offers
  • Attempt system hacking or abuse

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, design) belongs to Exodus Expeditions and cannot be reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Exodus Expeditions is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Exodus Expeditions against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of platform
  • Violation of these terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
